We offer a full ‘after sales support package’ - 24-hour maintenance & call out service on all our systems, provided by our own dedicated team of skilled engineers. As an NSI ‘NACOSS Gold’ recognized installer, accredited to EN ISO 9000:2000, we ensure that all our staff are security vetted and that all administrative/engineering procedures are in accordance with NACOSS/ISO 9000:2000 requirements. A six monthly audit is carried out on our administration and a random selection of installations to validate continued recognition. We are committed to training, ensuring all engineers receive new product familiarization. This together with in-house training courses run in conjunction with Scantronic, Ademco-Microtech, Bewator Cotag, BT and other manufacturers, enables us to keep up to date with the latest software and technological advances, within the security industry.
